It all begins with pain

We have both healed our own chronic pain, and so we know what it takes, what works, and how to individualize the process.

We were once like you. We both had a variety of chronic conditions and symptoms, we both had stress-related issues, and we both had the personalities and backgrounds of people who tend to have neuroplastic pain.

In 2020, when Alison had Long COVID, Nyle introduced the work of some of the up and coming experts on healing chronic pain. Together, they worked through Long COVID, Burning Mouth Syndrome, IBS, CFS, hormonal issues, insomnia, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, muscle tension, back and joint pain, headaches, and food intolerances. In 2021, they put together an online course that summarized all the best practices from the field at the time. Rather than espouse one particular technique or approach, they studied ALL the practitioners, and came up with an integrated program that covered all the different ways people can heal from chronic pain.

In 2023, they revamped the course, now called The Pain-Free Pathway, and have designed their 8-Week Group after the modules in the online course. They are committed to helping people find the connection, community, and information that they need to find their way on their path to being pain free!
